Our flagship room, the Main Hall is a large and versatile space. Situated on the ground floor and adjacent to our foyer, the Main Hall can accommodate up to 900 delegates in a theatre style and offers nearly 700 square metres of adaptable conference space.
HRH Prince Charles and Prime Minister David Cameron have both addressed delegates in this room. For the undivided attention of your delegates, this room in theatre style is set perfectly for you.

Cabaret Style

For presentations, training courses and AGM’s a cabaret setup can offer that balance of front led presentations and intimacy. Our six foot round tables are covered with floor length cloths and typically eight chairs around each. For your next conference this setup works well for 100 up to 300 people in our main hall.
The adjacent foyer is perfect for serving food and refreshments and we’re happy to chat through your audio visual requirements for that extra wow factor.

Banquet Style

When group discussion is part of your day, a banquet setup in our main hall could work for you. Typically with 10-12 delegates to a table, ideas will flow in the small setting whilst retaining the ability to address people all together.
Comfortable up to 400 delegates you can utilise our in-house AV with options to add company branding on state of the art side screens to make a unique backdrop for your event.

Classroom Style

For student lectures, professional bodies and training days a classroom setup will help facilitate that learning environment. With conference space for up to 300 delegates behind desks, all with a good view of your speaker and presentation, the main hall in classroom setup is ready to go.
We’re pleased to offer great food and refreshment options for your day in the adjacent foyer, with plenty of space to register everyone also.

Exam Style

A quiet environment, excellent light, good parking and easy access make the Main Hall a great choice for larger exams. Popular with local institutions, we are pleased to host up to 250 delegates with desks out ready for your arrival. Bathrooms are close by for convenience and additional clocks help everyone keep time.
Both students and invigilators will appreciate being able to buy a freshly brewed coffee.
